WABABAI: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Wababai provides a tool to help create writing projects ("Service") using the OpenAI API for Artificial Intelligence features. The Service allows users to authenticate, create a personal account, and save their works for their use.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service complies with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA), ensuring a safer digital space where users' fundamental rights are protected.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The UserProfile section in the App provides a buttom that, after a confirmation dialog, deletes the user account and all its data.
